How to use the service

There is no need for you to subscribe or make a prepayment to use our service. Just pick up your phone and use our service immediately or whenever you need to make a call. Just dial the access number followed by your destination country code and destination number. Your phone company will simply charge you the advertised rate per minute for connecting to our access number.

How are calls paid for?

We do not charge you for the calls you make using this service. Your usual phone provider will charge you for calling our access numbers and the charges will appear on your normal phone bill. The cost of calling the access numbers is the rate advertised next to each access number. You will not receive any bill from us.

How much do calls cost?

All our access numbers have a published price per minute next to them which includes VAT. The rates apply 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. Bear in mind also that most phone companies charge a connection fee for making a call. For BT calls, the connection fee is 9.05p a minute. For example, a 10 minute call to the USA from a BT landline will cost you 10p + 9.05p = 19.05p. Remember you are charged from the time that you connect to our access number. If your call recipient is engaged or does not answer, please hang up promptly to minimise your charges.

Most phone companies charge per second to call our access numbers. Rates shown are for calls made from BT landlines. Most other phone companies charge at similar rates to BT for using our access numbers. Mobile networks usually charge at higher rates. If uncertain as to what you will be charged, we suggest that you make a brief call and check your bill to see what you have been charged.

If you are calling from a T-Mobile, Vodafone, Virgin, O2, Orange or 3G mobile, we offer call rates as low as 0.5p/min to some destinations from your mobile.

How to call abroad from your mobile for less
1. Text the message TELE to the number 80556.
2. You will receive a reply text with a PIN worth £5 call credit.
3. Dial our Access Number and enter your PIN.
4. Dial your international number in full (including 00).

(Remember not to press send again after you have dialled your international number.)

If you choose to unsubscribe, calls will disconnect once the credit is finished and a new text request with keyword to 80556 will have to be made for a further top up.
